A Global Financial/ Payments company needed to migrate from their existing HR Portal to a brand new HR Portal using SharePoint Online / Office 365 for the website / portal to be accessed by their employees globally.
Summary:

Client’s existing Human Resources site / portal was built using traditional web technologies. The existing site provided personalized information to users, their benefits and had links to thierd-party provider sites from which users file and track their benefits, claims, access their retirement contributions, employer contribution, investments, access healthcare providers information.

Challenge:

Site was not up to the mark, Slow, needed tech-refresh anyways. There was no defined integration with the vendors for accessing data, this led to broken portal, unreliable and questionable performance leading to dissatisfied user base.
