What does TechTiera deliver for SignDoc?

Licensing and advisory, implementation, enhancements, health checks and managed services from one certified team.

Signing-journey design

Map every signature in your onboarding, lending, claims or HR process, choose click-to-sign or handwritten capture, and define signer authentication for each.

Compliance mapping

Align signature types, consent capture, sealing and audit evidence with the rules that apply to you, such as the ESIGN Act and UETA in the US and eIDAS in the EU.

SignDoc implementation

Install and configure SignDoc on-premises, in the cloud or hybrid, including templates, signing workflows, branding and reporting.

Device and channel rollout

Signature pads and tablets in branches and stores, remote signing by email or web link, and offline signing for field staff.

Integration engineering

Connect SignDoc to TotalAgility processes, Mobile Capture apps, document generation and systems of record so signed documents file themselves.

SignDoc support and upgrades

Version upgrades, certificate renewals, device driver issues, performance tuning and production support under SLA.

Technical expertise

How TechTiera approaches SignDoc projects

Where e-signature projects go wrong

Most e-signature rollouts stall on the parts around the signature, not the signature itself. TechTiera plans for them from day one:

  • Evidence, not just a signature image. Each transaction needs signer identity, intent, consent and a tamper-evident audit trail that can be produced years later.
  • The right signature type per document. Low-risk acknowledgements can be click-to-sign; high-value agreements may need handwritten biometric capture or certificate-based signing.
  • In-person and remote parity. Customers who start in a branch and finish at home should not have to start again.
  • Straight-through filing. Signed documents and evidence should flow into the case, the core system and the archive automatically.

SignDoc with TotalAgility and Mobile Capture

For digital onboarding and lending, TechTiera combines Mobile Capture (ID and document capture), TotalAgility (verification, decisions and workflow) and SignDoc (agreement signing) into one journey. Customers capture documents, get decisions and sign in a single session, and the bank receives a complete, validated file.

Typical SignDoc use cases

  • Account opening and KYC
  • Loan and lease agreements
  • Insurance applications and claims forms
  • Teller and branch transactions
  • HR onboarding documents
  • Field service sign-offs
Delivery approach

How is a SignDoc project delivered?

  1. DiscoverVolumes, documents, systems, pain points and goals.
  2. DesignArchitecture, process and integration design with acceptance criteria.
  3. BuildConfiguration and development in short, demoable iterations.
  4. TestAccuracy benchmarks, integration, performance and UAT.
  5. DeployCut-over, go-live and hypercare.
  6. Run and improveManaged services and a continuous-improvement backlog.
